Policies:
• prices per night in double occupancy in Bungalow Suite Standard or 4 people in Villa Deluxe or Double Bungalow and full breakfast included
• 10% tax not included in prices
• Bungalow-suite, single occupancy: minus $ 18.00

• Kids under 7 years stay free
Booking deposit:
• 20 % deposit is required at time of booking in order
to confirm your reservation
• For Christmas Week (21th Dec till 3rd January), we require
a minimum stay of 3 nights and full payment 60 days
before the date of arrival.

Cancellations:
• 30 days before the date of arrival: no charge.
• 29 - 16 days before arrival: a charge equal to 50% of
your intended stay.
• 15 days or less: 100% of your intended stay.
Cancellations Christmas Week (21 Dec. till 3 Jan.)
• 90 days before your arrival: we will charge 50%
• 60 days before your arrival: 100% of your intended stay
note: if your cancellation was due to circumstances over
which you had no control we are more than happy to give
you a credit later in the season!
