Policies:
• Prices are per night for two persons in Bungalow Suite Standard or 4 persons
in Villa Deluxe or Double Bungalow.
• Lodging includes a full breakfast, welcome cocktail and complimentary use
of snorkeling equipment and sea kayaks.
• Free Boat In & Out with 3 nights or more stay ($60)
• Single occupancy less $20 per night.
• Additional person plus $20.
• Children stay free under 7 .
• Panama Tourist Tax of 10% will be added to your room-rate.
• Pets are welcome / pet friendly.
• Except for Christmas and Easter, we do not have a minimum stay
requirement; we recommend however at least a two days' stay to
fully enjoy our tropical paradise.
Booking deposit:
• A Deposit of 50%, preferably MasterCard or Visa, or Amex is required to
secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged 15 days
prior to your arrival date. If you make your reservation within 15 days of
arrival date, the full reservation fee will be charged to your card at that time.
• Reservations for Christmas Week and Easter Week require 100% payment
at time of booking.

Cancellations:
• Cancellation made prior to 15 days of arrival date will
receive full refund less $50 credit card handling fee.
A cancellation made within 15 days of arrival is non-
refundable.
• In providing your credit card information, you are
agreeing to our booking and cancellation policies.
Cancellations Christmas Week (22 Dec. till 2 Jan.)
• Cancellations for Christmas and Easter Weeks are
non-refundable.
Please Note: If your cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control we gladly extend a credit for a stay at a later date (outside the Christmas- and Easter-weeks).
